Stephanie Stevenson is the Family and Consumer Sciences Agent for the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Craven County Center. She has a 6-week program coming up that is focused on the Mediterranean diet and lifestyle, called "Med instead of Meds." This program is research-based and a lot of fun! The program will start on January 31st and end March 7th, (10:00AM-12:00PM) at the Craven County Center (300 Industrial Drive). The registration fee is $30.
